The design on this piece attracts our attention with its ancient method. This design technique is commonly known as the "Pear design" due to the name of the tool used. Using this technique, the craftsman decorates a relief design, he applies earth dyed with various natural oxides such as Cobalt, copper which, after two firings, gives the colours and the shine to the piece.
